Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of Smyrna Town Hall located at  27 S. Market Street Plaza, Smyrna, Delaware.

Anyone having special needs (translator, signer, etc.) must notify the Town Manager’s Office 72 hours prior to the meeting so that arrangements can be made.
