From the CAC, you can find answers to many Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s). If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, you can submit your own questions and someone will respond to you via email. Citizens also have the ability to make requests, report problems, or register a complaint. Additionally, citizens can log in to check the status of previously submitted questions or requests. The Town of Smyrna now offers a new service to our customers. You can now have your monthly utility bill emailed to you. To sign-up for e-billing, please print and complete the authorization form, then return it to us. Please allow one full bill cycle for your request to be processed.
